Can you deliver great service?   Our Assistant Underwriters provide an excellent service to our clients ensuring all sales and service enquiries are processed efficiently by phone and email.  Working as part of our Policy Operations team you will undertake a wide range of activities, building your underwriting knowledge and understanding of our products.   The location for this role is our Swansea office, and we currently operate a hybrid working model. Do you have recent Personal Injury or Credit Hire experience?   Our Claims Validation Handlers prevent and detect motor claims fraud defending the company from suffering unnecessary losses. They do this by managing a portfolio of suspected fraudulent claims by conducting desktop enquiries, including database searches and arranging investigations appropriate to the claim to achieve a cost-efficient conclusion and minimal financial loss to the company.   The location for this role is our Swansea office and the classification is Hybrid. This role is predominantly telephone based, where our technicians ensure that enquiries are processed in a timely manner and handled with the highest of care. Our Claims Technicians are continually building their technical knowledge of insurance claims and the laws and regulations that govern the process.   This position would suit those who have an interest in law, insurance, or customer service. During the trial period the classification of this role is Hybrid. Do you have experience analysing complex datasets or managing bespoke schemes? Can you support the development of our specialist motor schemes? Do you want to be involved with portfolio management?   Our Pricing Analysts are responsible for assisting with the development of pricing models across different products, supporting the implementation of the pricing models and producing insight and analytics to define and support pricing and underwriting decisions. They introduce their knowledge of advanced modelling and data science methodologies and techniques depending on the project requirements to enable the business to make data driven decisions. Our Pricing Analysts collaborate extensively with other business functions to ensure consistent communication and synergy throughout cycles.   The location for this role is our London office, we are currently trialling a mix of office and home working patterns at IQUW Group.
